What we can't fix
There are some situations that paintless dent removal isn't the right solution. Here's what we can't fix:
We cannot fix the dent if the dent is too deep and the metal has been stretched too far. We are also unable to repair the dent if there is structural damage or if your vehicle was in a major collision and the dent is too folded or wrinkled. There are also cases where the location of the dent has no access for repairing the dent.
We do not repair plastic or metal bumpers, and we cannot fix plastic or fiberglass. We do not repair paint chips and deep scratches; however, some surface scratches can be wet sanded out and look as good as new.
