We will do our best to repair your vehicle. However, there are rare cases where we cannot due to the size and severity of some dents. If after we work on your automobile, we realize it will be impossible to fix to our standards, there will be no charge to you.
We are highly skilled professionals, so we do take on larger jobs. In some cases we may start a repair that is unable to be completed due to accessibility or stretched metal. In these rare cases there would also be no charge.
